I. ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHUNG1. Kể từ khi đặt commission, bạn đã đồng ý với mọi điều khoản và chính sách mình (artist) đặt ra.2. Mình không nhận vẽ: Furry, Mecha, Gore, người già, người có cơ bắp, NSFW,...3. Deadline cho commission là 2 tháng. Trường hợp bạn có deadline cụ thể (vẫn đảm bảo tối thiểu là 1 tháng), hãy thông báo với mình khi gửi brief.4.Commission chỉ dành cho mục đích cá nhân và thương mại nội dung. Cụ thể như có thể sử dụng làm avatar, chia sẻ lên các nền tảng mạng xã hội hợp pháp, blog,... Tất cả mọi trường hợp sử dụng đều phải ghi nguồn.5. Không dùng commission cho mục đích feed AI trong mọi trường hợp.6. Commission khi hoàn thành mà bạn nhận được sẽ là 1 file JPG và 1 file PNG (có gắn watermark và không gắn watermark).7. Không chỉnh sửa, bán lại cho bên thứ ba. Không nhượng slot commission trong bất kỳ trường hợp nào, nếu vi phạm, mình sẽ hủy slot, không hoàn tiền. Bất kỳ vấn đề nào giữa bạn và bên thứ ba đều không thuộc phạm trù trách nhiệm của mình.8. Trong quá trình thực hiện commission, khi mình cập nhật về tiến độ, các vấn đề liên quan đến commission hay thông báo hoàn thành commission thì bạn phải phản hồi trong vòng 48h. Nếu không có bất kỳ phản hồi nào từ bạn trong thời hạn, slot commission sẽ được xác định là hủy và không hoàn tiền.9. Mình có hoàn toàn bản quyền tranh như: dùng làm sample, đăng lên các nền tảng mạng xã hội (có gắn watermark).10. Không được chỉnh sửa nhiều chi tiết hay ý tưởng không có trong brief ban đầu. Mình sẽ chỉnh sửa miễn phí nếu lỗi sai của commission thuộc về mình hay chỉnh sửa những chi tiết nhỏ.11. Thứ tự thực hiện commission được tính dựa trên thứ tự hoàn thành việc gửi brief và thanh toán 30% giá trị commission.II. QUY TRÌNH LÀM VIỆC1. Sau khi mình chốt slot qua tin nhắn với bạn, bạn hãy gửi brief cho mình để mình báo giá commission với bạn. Bạn có thể hẹn lịch gửi brief cho mình, tối đa 2 tuần sau khi chốt slot. Bạn phải gửi brief đúng hẹn, nếu trễ thì mình sẽ tự động hủy slot. Sau khi chốt brief, bạn không thể thay đổi brief.3. Sau khi chốt brief và hoàn tất việc thanh toán 30% giá trị commission, mình sẽ thông báo thứ tự slot commission cho bạn. Sau đó mình sẽ tiến hành gửi sketch cho bạn theo brief đã chốt trước đó và thứ tự slot comm của bạn. Ở giai đoạn sketch, bạn có thể yêu cầu chỉnh sửa không giới hạn trong phạm vi brief đã chốt trước đó, hạn chế chỉnh sửa ở giai đoạn render hoàn thiện tranh. Hãy tổng hợp các chi tiết muốn sửa để mình điều chỉnh 1 lần, tránh mất thời gian của cả hai bên.4. Sau khi chốt sketch, bạn phải thanh toán 70% giá trị commission còn lại để mình tiến hành sketch color và gửi cho bạn kiểm tra. Bạn có thể hẹn lịch thanh toán nhưng không được vượt quá 2 tuần kể từ khi chốt sketch.4. Sau khi chốt sketch color, mình sẽtiến hành render hoàn thiện tranh.5. Deadline sẽ được tính kể từ lúc bạn hoàn tất việc thanh toán 30% giá trị commission sau khi chốt brief. Mình không chịu trách nhiệm nếu việc trễ deadline là vấn đề từ phía bạn . Nếu có trường hợp tiến trình bị ảnh hưởng bởi phía mình, mình sẽ thông báo và trao đổi với bạn .III. THANH TOÁN1. Hình thức thanh toán: Chuyển khoản ngân hàng, Momo, PayPal.2. Sau khi chốt brief, mình xác nhận có thể nhận slot commission với brief của bạn, bạn vui lòng thanh toán 30% tổng giá trị commission ban đầu (chưa tính các phụ phí phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện) để mình tiến hành giai đoạn sketch.3. Sau hài lòng với sketch, bạn vui lòng thanh toán 70% còn lại để mình chuyển sang giai đoạn sketch color và render hoàn thiện commission.4. Khi nhận được thông báo yêu cầu thanh toán từ mình, khuyến khích bạn thanh toán trong vòng 48h. Nếu gặp vấn đề khó khăn thì bạn có thể hẹn lịch thanh toán cụ thể, nhưng không vượt quá 2 tuần kể từ khi nhận được thông báo yêu cầu thanh toán của mình. Nếu không thực hiện thanh toán đúng hạn, commission của bạn sẽ tự động bị hủy và mình sẽ không hoàn tiền.5. Mọi trường hợp chủ động hủy commission từ phía bạn, mình sẽ không hoàn tiền. Nếu mình buộc phải hủy commission và nguyên nhân đến từ phía mình, mình sẽ hoàn toàn bộ tiền comm trước đó bạn đã thanh toán. Nếu là lý do cá nhân từ phía mình gây trễ deadline thì commission mình đang vẽ sẽ được gửi tặng lại bạn thay lời xin lỗi của mình.6. Sau khi đã thanh toán thành công, bạn cần gửi bill chuyển khoản qua tin nhắn để mình kiểm tra và xác nhận.
I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. By placing the commission, you agree to all terms and policies set forth by me (the artist).2. I do not accept commissions for: Furry, Mecha, Gore, elderly people, muscular people, NSFW, etc.3. The deadline for the commission is 2 months. If you have a specific deadline (still ensuring a minimum of 1 month), please inform me when submitting your brief.4. The commission is for personal and commercial use only. Specifically, it can be used as an avatar, shared on legal social media platforms, blogs, etc. Attribution is required in all cases of use.5. Do not use the commission for AI feed purposes under any circumstances.6. The completed commission you will receive will be one JPG file and one PNG file (with and without a watermark).7. Do not edit or resell to third parties. I will not transfer commission slots under any circumstances. Violation will result in cancellation without refund. Any issues between you and third parties are not my responsibility.8. During the commission process, when I update you on progress, issues related to the commission, or announce completion, you must respond within 48 hours. If you do not respond within this timeframe, the commission slot will be cancelled and no refund will be given.9. I have full copyright to the artwork, including its use as a sample and posting it on social media platforms (with a watermark).10. You are not allowed to make significant changes to details or ideas not included in the initial brief. I will make free revisions if the errors in the commission are my fault or if the changes are minor.11. The order of commission completion is based on the order in which the brief is submitted and 30% of the commission value is paid.II. WORKING PROCESS1. After confirming your slot via message, please send me your brief so I can quote you the commission price. You can schedule the brief submission within a maximum of two weeks after confirming your slot. You must submit your brief on time; if you are late, your slot will be automatically canceled. Once the brief is confirmed, you cannot change it.3. After confirming your brief and completing the 30% commission payment, I will inform you of your commission slot order. Then, I will send you the sketches according to the previously confirmed brief and your commission slot order. During the sketch stage, you can request unlimited revisions within the scope of the previously confirmed brief; however, revisions should be limited during the final rendering stage. Please compile all the details you want to change so I can adjust them all at once, saving time for both parties.4. After finalizing the sketch, you must pay the remaining 70% of the commission so that I can proceed with the color sketch and send it to you for review. You can schedule the payment, but it must not exceed 2 weeks from the date of finalizing the sketch.4. After finalizing the color sketch, I will proceed with rendering the completed artwork.5. The deadline will be calculated from the moment you complete the payment of 30% of the commission after finalizing the brief. I am not responsible if the delay is due to your fault. If the process is affected by my side, I will inform and discuss it with you.III. PAYMENT1. Payment methods: Bank transfer, Momo, PayPal.2. After finalizing the brief and confirming that I can accept the commission slot with your brief, please pay 30% of the initial total commission (excluding any additional fees incurred during the process) so that I can proceed with the sketch phase.3. After you are satisfied with the sketch, please pay the remaining 70% so I can move on to the color sketch and rendering phase to complete the commission.4. Upon receiving the payment request from me, I encourage you to pay within 48 hours. If you encounter any difficulties, you can schedule a specific payment date, but no later than two weeks from the date of receiving my payment request. If payment is not made on time, your commission will be automatically canceled and I will not issue a refund.5. In all cases where you proactively cancel the commission, I will not issue a refund. If I am forced to cancel the commission due to my reasons, I will fully refund the commission amount you have already paid. If the delay is due to personal reasons on my part, the commission I am currently working on will be given to you as an apology.6. After successful payment, please send the transfer receipt via message for me to check and confirm.
