I. ĐIỀU KHOẢN CHUNG1. Kể từ khi đặt commission, bạn đã đồng ý với mọi điều khoản và chính sách mình (artist) đặt ra.2. Đối với các nhân vật đặc biệt phức tạp sẽ tính thêm phí tùy vào character design.3. Background: miễn phí background nền trơn và đơn giản. Tuỳ thuộc vào độ phức tạp của background sẽ tính thêm phí từ 2$ (46.000 VND) trở lên.4. Thêm char: +90% so với giá gốc (mỗi tranh tối đa hai char).5. Mình không nhận vẽ: Furry, Mecha, Gore, người già, người có cơ bắp, NSFW,...6. Deadline cho commission sẽ dao động từ 2 tháng đến 3 tháng. Trường hợp bạn có deadline cụ thể (vẫn đảm bảo tối thiểu là 2 tháng), hãy thông báo với mình khi gửi brief.7.Commission chỉ dành cho mục đích cá nhân và phi lợi nhuận. Ví dụ: sử dụng làm avatar, in ấn với mục đích cá nhân dưới 10 sản phẩm,...8. Đối với Vtuber, mọi commission đều được tính là commission thương mại.9. Nếu muốn khai thác thương mại, phải thông báo với mình khi đặt commission và trả thêm phí thương mại x2 - x4 giá trị tổng commission tùy vào mục đích, cách thức thương mại. Một số trường hợp điển hình được tính là commission thương mại như: in ấn để bán, in ấn làm quà tặng với số lượng từ 10 sản phẩm trở lên, sử dụng trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội để thu lợi nhuận,...10. Không dùng commission cho mục đích feed AI trong mọi trường hợp.11. Commission khi hoàn thành mà bạn nhận được sẽ là 1 file JPG, PNG (có gắn watermark và không gắn watermark).12. Không chỉnh sửa, bán lại cho bên thứ ba. Không nhượng slot commission trong bất kỳ trường hợp nào, nếu vi phạm, mình sẽ hủy slot, không hoàn tiền. Bất kỳ vấn đề nào giữa bạn và bên thứ ba đều không thuộc phạm trù trách nhiệm của mình.13. Trong quá trình thực hiện commission, khi mình cập nhật về tiến độ, các vấn đề liên quan đến commission hay thông báo hoàn thành commission thì bạn phải phản hồi trong vòng 48h. Nếu không có bất kỳ phản hồi nào từ bạn trong thời hạn, slot commission sẽ được xác định là hủy và không hoàn tiền.14. Mình có hoàn toàn bản quyền tranh như: đăng lên các nền tảng mạng xã hội (có gắn watermark và giảm chất lượng) trừ trường hợp bạn trả phí commission private (trả thêm 50% tổng giá trị commission).II. QUY TRÌNH LÀM VIỆC1. Sau khi mình chốt slot qua tin nhắn với bạn, bạn hãy gửi brief cho mình để mình báo giá commission với bạn. Bạn có thể hẹn lịch gửi brief cho mình, tối đa 2 tuần sau khi chốt slot. Bạn phải gửi brief đúng hẹn, nếu trễ thì mình sẽ tự động hủy slot.2. Sau khi chốt brief, bạn không thể thay đổi brief quá nhiều.3. Sau khi chốt brief, mình sẽ tiến hành gửi sketch cho bạn theo brief đã chốt trước đó trong vòng 2 tuần. Ở giai đoạn sketch và color sketch, bạn có thể yêu cầu chỉnh sửa không giới hạn trong phạm vi brief đã chốt trước đó, hạn chế chỉnh sửa ở giai đoạn render hoàn thiện tranh. Hãy tổng hợp các chi tiết muốn sửa để mình điều chỉnh 1 lần, tránh mất thời gian của cả hai bên.4. Nếu chỉnh sửa các chi tiết không có trong brief ban đầu, bạn phải thanh toán thêm phụ phí chỉnh sửa là 10% tổng giá trị commission (đối với giai đoạn sketch), 15% (đối với giai đoạn sketch color), 25% (đối với giai đoạn render hoàn thiện tranh). Nếu mình sai/quên chi tiết thuộc brief đã chốt ban đầu thì bạn không cần trả thêm bất kỳ khoản phụ phí nào cho việc chỉnh sửa chi tiết đó.5. Deadline sẽ được tính từ sau khi mình và bạn chốt brief. Tiến độ thực hiện commission sẽ được cập nhật tại Trello/doc của mình. Mình không chịu trách nhiệm nếu việc trễ deadline là vấn đề từ phía bạn (điều chỉnh quá nhiều chi tiết không nằm trong phạm vi brief đã chốt ban đầu). Nếu có trường hợp tiến trình bị ảnh hưởng bởi phía mình, mình sẽ thông báo trực tiếp với bạn hoặc thông báo qua Trello để trao đổi với bạn.6. Commission được thực hiện theo thứ tự đặt commission và gửi brief.III. THANH TOÁN1. Hình thức thanh toán: Chuyển khoản ngân hàng, Momo, PayPal. Bạn sẽ là bên chịu phí Paypal. Tỷ giá $1 = 23.000 VND.2. Sau khi chốt brief, mình xác nhận có thể nhận slot commission với brief của bạn, bạn vui lòng thanh toán 50% tổng giá trị commission ban đầu (chưa tính các phụ phí phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện) để mình tiến hành giai đoạn sketch.3. Sau hài lòng với color sketch, bạn vui lòng thanh toán 50% còn lại để mình chuyển sang giai đoạn render hoàn thiện commission và tranh hoàn thiện cũng được gửi cho bạn trong thời hạn 6 đến 10 tuần tiếp theo.4. Khi nhận được thông báo yêu cầu thanh toán từ mình, bạn phải thanh toán trong vòng 48h. Nếu gặp vấn đề khó khăn thì bạn có thể hẹn lịch thanh toán cụ thể, nhưng không vượt quá 1 tuần kể từ khi nhận được thông báo yêu cầu thanh toán của mình. Nếu không thực hiện thanh toán đúng hạn, commission của bạn sẽ tự động bị hủy và mình sẽ không hoàn tiền.5. Mọi trường hợp chủ động hủy commission từ phía bạn, mình sẽ không hoàn tiền. Nếu mình buộc phải hủy commission và nguyên nhân đến từ phía mình, mình sẽ hoàn toàn bộ tiền comm trước đó bạn đã thanh toán. Nếu là lý do cá nhân từ phía mình gây trễ deadline thì commission mình đang vẽ sẽ được gửi tặng lại bạn thay lời xin lỗi của mình.6. Sau khi đã thanh toán thành công, bạn cần gửi bill chuyển khoản qua tin nhắn để mình kiểm tra và xác nhận.

Bạn phải gửi brief đúng hẹn, nếu trễ thì mình sẽ tự động hủy slot. Vì là commission gacha nên brief sẽ bao gồm character design, vibe char, tính cách,... để mình nắm rõ các thông tin về character. Mình sẽ dựa trên brief của bạn để tự lên ý tưởng, pose cho nhân vật,...2. Đây là commission gacha, nhưng bạn vẫn có thể đưa ra một số yêu cầu chính nếu muốn, để mình có thể lên ý tưởng tranh phù hợp với mong muốn của bạn hơn. Chẳng hạn như yêu cầu tranh vẽ theo các dịp như sinh nhật, ảnh cưới, Halloween, Giáng Sinh,... hoặc đưa ra 1 từ khóa, mình có thể vẽ tranh liên quan đến từ khóa bạn đưa ra.3. Deadline sẽ được tính từ sau khi mình với bạn chốt brief và bạn đã thanh toán 100% giá trị commission. Sau khi bạn hoàn thành việc thanh toán, mình mới bắt đầu tiến hành thực hiện commission.4. Mình sẽ không gửi bạn sketch mà sẽ gửi luôn tranh hoàn thiện. Mình không chịu trách nhiệm nếu việc trễ deadline là vấn đề từ phía bạn (điều chỉnh quá nhiều chi tiết không nằm trong phạm vi brief đã chốt ban đầu). Nếu có trường hợp tiến trình bị ảnh hưởng bởi phía mình, mình sẽ thông báo trực tiếp với bạn hoặc thông báo qua Trello/doc để trao đổi với bạn.5. Bạn có thể yêu cầu chỉnh sửa nếu mình vẽ sai character design, brief đã chốt ban đầu và bạn không cần trả bất kỳ chi phí nào cho những chỉnh sửa này. Tuy nhiên nếu bạn muốn chỉnh sửa chi tiết không liên quan đến các sai sót từ phía mình như vừa đề cập thì phí chỉnh sửa sau khi mình gửi tranh hoàn thiện là 30k/lần chỉnh sửa.6. Commission được thực hiện theo thứ tự đặt commission và gửi brief.III/ THANH TOÁN1. Hình thức thanh toán: Chuyển khoản ngân hàng, Momo, PayPal. Bạn sẽ là bên chịu phí Paypal. Tỷ giá $1 = 23.000 VND.2. Sau khi chốt brief, mình xác nhận có thể nhận slot commission với brief của bạn, bạn vui lòng thanh toán 100% tổng giá trị commission ban đầu (chưa tính các phụ phí phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện).3. Khi nhận được thông báo yêu cầu thanh toán từ mình, bạn phải thanh toán trong vòng 48h. Nếu gặp vấn đề khó khăn thì bạn có thể hẹn lịch thanh toán cụ thể, nhưng không vượt quá 1 tuần kể từ khi nhận được thông báo yêu cầu thanh toán của mình. Nếu không thực hiện thanh toán đúng hạn, commission của bạn sẽ tự động bị hủy và mình sẽ không hoàn tiền.4. Mọi trường hợp hủy commission từ phía bạn, mình sẽ không hoàn tiền. Nếu mình buộc phải hủy commission và nguyên nhân đến từ phía mình, mình sẽ hoàn toàn bộ tiền comm trước đó bạn đã thanh toán. Nếu là lý do cá nhân từ phía mình gây trễ deadline thì commission mình đang vẽ sẽ được gửi tặng lại bạn thay lời xin lỗi của mình.5. Sau khi đã thanh toán thành công, bạn cần gửi bill chuyển khoản qua tin nhắn để mình kiểm tra và xác nhận.

Do not transfer the commission slot in any case, if violated, I will cancel the slot, no refund. Any problems between you and a third party are not within my responsibility.13. During the commission process, when I update the progress, issues related to the commission or notify the completion of the commission, you must respond within 48 hours. If there is no response from you within the time limit, the commission slot will be determined to be canceled and no refund will be given.14. I have full copyright of the paintings such as: posting on social networking platforms (with watermark and reduced quality) except in the case you pay a private commission fee (pay an additional 50% of the total commission value).II. WORKING PROCESS1. After I close the slot with you via message, please send me a brief so that I can quote you the commission price. You can schedule a time to send me the brief, up to 2 weeks after closing the slot. You must send the brief on time, if late, I will automatically cancel the slot.2. After finalizing the brief, you cannot change the brief too much.3. After finalizing the brief, I will send you the sketch according to the previously finalized brief. In the sketch and color sketch stages, you can request unlimited edits within the scope of the previously finalized brief, limiting edits in the final rendering stage. Summarize the details you want to edit so that I can adjust them all at once, avoiding wasting time for both parties.4. If you edit details that are not in the original brief, you must pay an additional editing fee of 10% of the total commission value (for the sketch stage), 15% (for the sketch color stage), 25% (for the final rendering stage). If I make a mistake/forget a detail in the initial brief, you do not need to pay any additional fee for editing that detail.5. The deadline will be calculated from after you and I finalize the brief. The progress of the commission will be updated on my Trello. If you do not make the payment on time, your commission will be automatically canceled and I will not refund.5. In all cases of commission cancellation from you, I will not refund. If it is a personal reason from my side that causes the deadline to be late, the commission I am drawing will be sent back to you as an apology from me.6. The deadline will be calculated after you and I finalize the brief and you have paid 100% of the commission value. After you have completed the payment, I will start to carry out the commission.4. I will not send you a sketch but will send you the finished painting. I am not responsible if the deadline delay is your problem (adjusting too many details that are not within the scope of the initial brief). If there is a case where the progress is affected by my side, I will notify you directly or notify you via Trello to discuss with you.5.
